St Mewan Sinfonia welcomes new players of all ages, as vacancies occur. New players of all string instruments are welcome to join, at the moment we particularly need viola and double bass players.
If you are able to:
Rehearse in Probus on Thursday evenings during term times
Play about 6 concerts a year in the summer months
Play to at least Grade VII or the equivalent standard

Subs are £60 per year or £30 for students, which can be paid termly.
There is a one month probationary period so that you can see if the orchestra suits you and to see that you suit us - but don't worry, it's all very informal!
